The RAAC summer camp students began working on the play Monday, the first day of a Richmond Area Arts Council camp conducted by the Lexington Children’s Theater.

After auditioning for parts, the campers began adapting the screenplay to fit their needs, said Deborah Kidd, RAAC executive director.
